These environmentally-friendly shell-shaped urns are made from recycled paper. When released in water, they will float briefly before sinking. The elapsed time to fully sink varies depending upon the weight and water conditions. Federal regulations require that placement at sea be no closer than 3 nautical miles from shore.
Each Shell Urn comes with a custom carrying case for convenient transportation. A donation is made to an ocean conservation organization in the name of the deceased.
